NYX Jazz Night - A Pop Of Blue!

Here's a quick look I put together that is really fun and a subtle way to pull off bright colours. :)
Oh! And from now on I don't think I'll be doing these blog posts about the tutorials I do... I figure I may as well just put all the info into the description box :)
But yes! Moving along to the fun stuff...

Inspired: Emily from Pretty Little Liars

With the Pretty Little Liars finale just passing us, it seemed sufficient to continue with this little 'series', I suppose. It honestly looks like I'm not wearing anything on my face, but Emily (played by Shay Mitchell) is nicely cleaned up and still looks well put together. Keep reading for products used :)

BLUSHING SUMMER GOLDS Urban Decay's Alice in Wonderland Palette

HELLOOOOOoo~~~ long time no see! I've been avoiding putting this video up because of the voice-over section: VERY unhappy with it! The sound quality makes me so sad :(:(:( this was recorded soooo long ago!!!! ..sooo I think it's safe to say it's the end of my voice-over trials.

I knowwwwww I've been using this palette for forever - but keep in mind, I am on a budget ... so let's just pretend that I own a lot of Urban Decay single shadows =) ...& speaking of a budget, I even bothered to RANSACK through my mom's old things and found an aaaaaancient Givenchy blush trio that was (surprisingly) perfect for my skin! I'm sure it doesn't exist anywhere anymore - apparently my dad bought it for their first anniversary or something.

Recently, this has been my go-to look for work, as well as when I wear these contacts :) It's a greaat look for brown eyes - it really brings out the warmth & makes it look extra sparkly. I loove this for a quick summer look cuz it lets me look fresh while still having a complete and polished, work-appropriate face. QuickquickQUICK is my motto before work & this took VERY little time to finish.

(keep in mind that these pictures were taken in the nighttime after a full day of work w/o reapplying)

Inspired: Aria from Pretty Little Liars

So, we apologize for the mini hiatus :s aka we're both busy/lazy, haha. But we are back! Anyway, I don't know about you but Pretty Little Liars is my new obsession, and I am completely addicted with it. Not only do I love the show, but I love their makeup. So this tutorial is - as you probably already guessed - inspired by one of the main charactets, Aria Montgomery - played by Lucy Hale. So if you're as much of an addict as I am, check out this tutorial :)
I'm actually thinking of perhaps starting a little Pretty Little Liars segment - so hopefully this one works out!

("INSPIRED") DRAMATIC BROWN SMOKEY EYE

This look is kindofsomewhatkindasortaish inspired by a collaboration of pictures, haha. In all honesty, I had no clue what to do! There was a picture of Demi Lovato with a nice defined outer corner, Dianna Agron with a pretty brown eyeshadow look, and Kim Kardashian with her usual extreme smokey eye. So I thought... why not combine all three!

GRADUATION: from day into night - inspired by Lady Gaga in Alejandro!

It's that time of the year again!! I know this is a little late - colleges & universities have graduated already (congrats!!) - but I'm sure elementary and high school students still have less than a month to go! I've been meaning to re-create this look for awhile since... this was actually basically the same bronzey look I used leaving the world of high school :O. Of course, I didn't have the Alice palette back then - but I was lucky enough to have owned those two MAC shadow + pigments which were actually Christmas presents (thanks Trish!) :)
Now, for those on a budget, you could easily use Maybelline EyeStudio Quad in Give Me Gold, as well as other drugstore shadows.

Lucky me, Alejandro premiered and gave me more creative inspiration!
